Seminar Assistants and Tutors Recruitment!

Cambridge Winter Programme (11 Jan – 2 Feb / 9 Feb – 20 Feb, 2019)


What is it about?

China UK Development Centre has multiple partnerships with Colleges in Cambridge and Oxford in order to organise summer and winter schools for worldwide participants.

We are looking for reliable individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in organising events and working effectively within a team would be beneficial.


What will you be doing?

As a Seminar Assistant, you will be responsible for making the students’ experience memorable. You will help and guide them during lectures, local visits (e.g. Fitzwilliam Museum, Cavendish lab), day trips (including London and Oxford), social activities (salsa, golf, punting) and logistics (e.g. airport transfers). You will also work as a supervisor, helping them to prepare a final presentation.

As a Tutor, you will be responsible for conducting supervisions for small groups of students, guiding and helping them to prepare a final presentation which will be held the last day of their programme.

The programmes will last from the 11th of January to the 2nd of February and from the 9th of February to the 20th of February.
